Refund policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their product. You can return your product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Before sending anything back, the customer must contact us at ecommerce@shop-alu.com. Send your reason for your return and submit photos of the product you received. We will review the claim and proceed accordingly, giving the customer the steps to follow to make their return. There are 2 cases for returns: defective or non- defective products.
When the customer receives their product in a non-defective condition and chooses to return it, it must be undamaged and unused. Returned products are subject to our inspection before issuing a credit. Upon review and acceptance, the customer will receive their refund or credit. In this case, ALU will provide the customer with return shipping labels at the expense of the customer.
In the unlikely event the customer receives defective products, the customer will contact ecommerce@shop-alu.com and explain the defect and attach photos of the problem. We will review it. If deemed defective, we will accept the return or replace the product as requested. In the case that the product is defective, ALU will cover the shipping cost and supply you with the return shipping labels.
Please note that in order to make a return you will need the original packaging.
