Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next open business day.

At this time, ALU Shop only ships within the United States. Shipping is free. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to follow the status of your order.

ALU Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
